Competition Progress

Follow the journey of the world’s top PMOs through each stage of the competition,

from National Qualifiers to the World Final Round.

The World PMO of the Year Awardee will be announced at

the PMI Global Summit on November 12, in Phoenix, AZ, USA.

​​

Stage 1 - National Qualifiers
According to the competition rules, each country should be represented by only one PMO in the competition, selected through a National Qualifier whenever there is more than one application from the same country. The winners of the National Qualifiers advance to the next stage of the competition.​​

Stage 2 - Regional Phase
The National Qualifier winners advance to the Regional Phase, joining other regional representatives. At the end of this phase, five Regional Winners are selected, each representing a global region. These winners then move on to the World final round, where they compete for the prestigious title of World PMO of the Year.

Stage 3 - World Final Round
In the World Final Round, the five Regional Winners from Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas compete for the prestigious title of PMI World PMO of the Year. 

The World Winner will be announced on November 12th in Phoenix, US, at the PMI Global Summit.
