Final endorsement comes from the room itself. A rotating committee of current members reviews candidates based on potential contribution. You join because your peers want you at the table.
Private Invitation
Invitation is extended personally. This is the beginning of a relationship, not the conclusion of a transaction.
Timeline: Most candidates receive a decision within 2-3 weeks of application submission.
