How the two days work

Four steps, two days

  1. Step 1: Send your question

Before the event, you tell us the PMO problem you want to work on.

  2. Step 2: Join a lab or forum

The labs and forums set the themes. Facilitators build the sessions from your questions.

  3. Step 3: Work at small tables

Tables of 5 to 8 PMO leaders. You talk most of the time.

  4. Step 4: Meet and celebrate

The Exhibition Zone, the Most Influential PMOs ceremony and the evening reception.

Who you'll meet

Small tables, on purpose.

Every session runs at tables of 5 to 8 people with a facilitator, so the number of places is capped by the tables we can run well. The cap is set with the venue.

Built for everyone shaping the PMO agenda.

The value of an unconference comes from the mix in the room. Montreal brings together practitioners and decision-makers from across North America — senior enough to change something, close enough to delivery to know what actually works.

  • Experienced PMO leadersLooking for new ways to prove strategic value and keep the PMO relevant.
  • Future PMO leadersBuilding the skills, network and perspective to step into bigger roles.
  • Executive sponsorsWanting a clearer view of what a modern PMO should deliver to the business.
  • Consultants & advisorsTesting ideas with peers and staying close to real-world PMO practice.
  • Project & portfolio managersConnecting delivery reality with the strategy the PMO is meant to enable.
